I ordered one oven tandoor from Starcj Alive on 12-Nov-2011 (order number[protected] with card payment of Rs 3400. As per their website and customer care they shipped my order on 19th Nov through courier Gati.
But Gati is saying that never recieved any courier for me.
I didn't get the product till 29th november and after many calls to customer care they cancelled my order.
But now they are not refunding my payment.
Everytime I call customer care they say that complaint has been forwarded to concerned department and I will get call back in 24 hours but no-one calls back.
I am not sure if starcj is going to refund my money. I have to take customer courts help in this case. Was this information helpful? |
On 23.11.2011, I have placed an order for Easy Mop Orange and Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit (order no:[protected] to Star CJ Alive. Payment was made through Net Banking.
1. Leonardo Cooking Olive Oil Kit has been delivered on 25.11.2011 by AFL courier.
2. Easy Mop Orange has not been delivered to me even 15 days after placing the order.
3. Delivery status is being deliberately and fraudulently shown as completed in their web site.
I have already registered a complaint to its Customer Care on 01.12.2011 for the same. The Customer Care staff has been very insensible in dealing with my complaint. Even after repeated inquiry, nobody from its customer care department is able to tell me when the Easy Mop Orange will be delivered. I have sent several emails to [protected]@starcj.com but no reply has been received till date. I have posted a question on Customer board on 29.11.2011 but still no answer to my question has come. I am trying to give wide publicity through different media about the fraudulent business practice of Star CJ so that more and more consumers dump Star CJ.
