I had order a Samsung Monitor + TV (see order details below) for which delivery was done in time but the free DTH voucher was missing. I was told that the voucher would be inside the main package but it was not there.
After immediately reporting the missing voucher issue and after at least 10 complaints and several follow ups there has been no resolution till date. Though after a couple of communications, I was informed that the DTH voucher is being shipped as a separate delivery has been punched for the same.
Even after repeated complaints and requests and several reassurances from Star CJ, the DTH voucher has not been delivered even after 25 days of the purchase of the monitor. And each time, I am told that the request has been raised and someone from Star CJ will follow-up with me on this.
Sorry to say that Star CJ's after sale service is really pathetic because your 48-hour response time is not just too long but it is also a false commitment as no one ever follows up. Certainly not keeping up to Star group’s reputation.

Star CJ — after sale service
Hi, I orderd a food processor(Inalsa) through Star CJ, I tried operating it and it wasn't working, I called their customer service number and they asked me to contact Inalsa customer service and provided me few numbers out of which few numbers were incorrect and on few no one is answering.I called them again, this time one rep informed me that there is a lock in the machine which needs to be unlocked but he wasnt able to help me with the location of the lock on the machine. I have called them number of times now, I even insisted them to make me spk to their supervisor but they didn't let me. I'm highly dissatisfied with this service.
