[Resolved]  STAR CJ / Kaiserhoff 12 Piece Jumbo Cookware — non delivery of product

Dear Sir,
i have a complain against Star Cj alive. on 2nd of October i made a purchase of two products one of them is cutting edge 18 pcs & 2nd is kaiserhoff 12 pcs jumbo cookware set but they deliver only one product(cutting edge 18 pcs)on 10th of october but they haven`t deliver kaiseroff 12 pcs jumbo cookware set now many days has passed and i made them several phone calls .... but many days has passed and they haven't dispatched that yet. daily i call them and daily they answer the same thing that they are going to do it just now. i am writing you this with a big hope please help me regarding this matter. my order no is-[protected] and order date is-02/10/2011 also i mailed them many times but they didn't answer my mail. they are behaving very unprofessionally. please help me regarding this. thanks and regards Satinder Singh 17,Street no.2,Dilbagh nagar,Amritsar(Punjab)
