Dear Sir /Madam.
I have made a purchase and paid for the same. It is a Bajaj Food processor.i was supposed to get two free gifts.one of these is damaged and I need a replacement.star Cj has noted down my complaint and agreed to make the replacement.The Main product too has a defective part which The Demo Technician has offered to replace.
My main concern is that The telephone No.flashing on screen and also forwarded on our mobiles as an sms ( No [protected] ) does not exist.to a customer this tantamount to Fraud.I sent two emails to star cj and have not even received and acknowledgement.When I call the tele executives refuse to transfer my calls to a supervisor,
I need not be a purchaser ,I may be a prospective customer and have a right to tell star cj that the telephone number is incorrect,
I am sure in your forum you are in the position to help out in this matter,thousands of viewers will benefit,
