Dear sir / mam ,
On Date 12/11/2012 at the time of delivery of My order no.[protected] , Star cj deliveryman & driver misbehaved with my mother at that moment i was out of station.
She informed me the incident over phone and immediately i speak over to starcj phone representative and registered my complaint to him.I am shocked such kind of behaviour of your deliveryman with a senior lady.
I am stating again that misbehave is not tolerable and i am expecting strict action against both of them from starcj.
Pls note cell no. of that delivery man - [protected]
I will not receive delivery of that product until , they not submit written apology as i am very serious on this issue.
& as on today even after Verbal and written complaint to Star cj after 04 days not response from Star cj.
