Sir/Madam:
I booked and purchased a laptop(notebook ) through www.starcj.com. Order number is [protected] , dated 12th March 2012, full payment of Rs.13999 was made through my credit card.
Later on i was informed that due to unavailability of the stock, order was cancelled and within 7 working days I will receive the amount.
Even after rigorous follow up and a month is about to get over, yet the payment is not credited in to my account.
At the time of placement of the order, stock was available and now the cost of the same product after the budget has been increased.
Who will bear the difference of amount?
