[Resolved] Star Cj — Holiday Gift offer not yet delivered | |||
I ordered products from star CJ alive during their Holi promotion , they had promised that free Holi gift of lock n lock will be delivered between 1st to 10th April. When I did not receive the gift I rang the customer care on 4 times till now and everytime false reassurances have been provided to me on phone and in written that the gift will be delivered in 2 working days. This is a big channel showing false promises and claims on TV, we really need to take action against people saying such lies on television. Its more than 1.5 months and i have not received the gift of Lock and Lock Containers. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have had the same kind of complain and I just logged in the complaint. Even now I have not received the promised Lock n Lock boxes.

even i have also nt received the free gift.
I am also waiting for the holi promotional gift - 3 pcs of Lock N Lock lunch box set. Very fraud company. Please do not purchase anything from this cheap and fraud company.
