Sir.
My name is celine who has booked a 2BH flat in annex A in thripunithara in 2004.According to them if i pay as one installment pay only 535000rs or pay as installment should pay about 8laks something . I paid 535,000 in 2004.They offered 2250 as rent monthly and was getting about one year after that it was stopped.
By the time all employers were changed and posted all new staff.Constantly was calling them and was giving next ,after 6 month and was keep on extending and at last news came out Md was arrested .Now by court he is giving 2 hearing to forward the plans .He said if we want money he says will give by many installment like 2014 he will give as 1 lak after 2 years 1 lak so and so.we want flat he if we pay registration money and corporation tax all together about 70000rs.If customers agree court will arrange another hearing and will agree with the condition should implement that is flat will complete all works and hand over in March 2013.
But what is the guarrenty he will complete the work again he will not cheat us.My brother is acting behalf of me cause i am working abroad.Could you give a proper advice please
