Dear Sir / Madam
This is in regards to flat booking done by me in 2007 for Star County 2 B/R Flat File no. 118 (Aluva) we have made payments as and when it was required by Star Homes, At that time it was assured that the allotment of same will be given within 2 years, but till now we have not got any allotment for same.
We have sent several mails & even visited the site as well as office. Finally they have promised that a flat of same specification will be allotted at Tripunitara ( another project of Star Homes).
My Mother & Father both have retired from service, delhi & we want to relocate to kerala, that was the reason we booked the flat in 2007.
We would really appreciate for a flat to be allotted in Tripunitara as assured by them.
