[Resolved]  State Bank Of Hyderabad — Amount not came from ATM, but deducted in my SBH Savings bank A/c

Dear Sir,

I’m M.Sirish Nath Benerjee, having SBH savings bank A/c with No.[protected] in YELLANDU branch, Khammam Dist. A.P.
On 26-Nov-2008 at the time of 15:34 hrs, I was operated ATM at Kothagudem (ATM ID: S1AN[protected] for withdrawing an amount of Rs, 15000/- (Rupees fifteen thousand only). Unfortunately the amount was deducted in my account, but the cash was not come from the ATM. The same thing was taken into the notice of Kothagudem SBH branch authorities (ATM attached branch). Those were advised to put complaint at account having branch (YELLANDU) only.
On 27-Nov-2008, the same issue was intimated to the SBH Branch Manager, Yellandu in written. The manager told that the process will take one month period. But today is 06-May-2009 means 5 months left from the date of request. In meanwhile whenever I’m approaching to the manager, he is not responding in a proper way, and there is no progress in my issue.

Henceforth, I’m requesting to respond positively on this issue, for which act of kindness I shall ever thankful to you.

I’m GANGAPURAM GANGADARA KRISHNA, having SBH savings bank A/c with No.[protected] in SAROOR NAGAR branch, HYDERABAD. A.P.
On 11-AUG-2009 at the time of 17:27 hrs, I was operated ANDHRA BANK ATM at RAMANTHAPUR (ATM ID: NC521401) or withdrawing an amount of Rs, 1000/- (Rupees One thousand only). Unfortunately the amount was deducted in my account, but the cash was not come from the ATM.

Henceforth, I’m requesting to respond positively on this issue, for which act of kindness I shall ever thankful to you.

Iam L.Naga ramya account holder of SBH([protected]) . I tried to with draw the money fron union bank of india Atm new bowenpally.after the suceesful transction of money ,Itry to access but due to machine problem .i didnt receive the money and balance have been detected from the account .so can u please solve the problem. i have given written complaint in sbh branch n ubi bank but there no response till nw.

It happen on 16/02/09 .5,000 rs detucted in the account .The manager said me dat they will rectify d problem in one month till date there is no response frm them . plz rectify the problem

I ch.srikanth reddy holder of SBH a/c no: [protected] . I tried to with draw the money from Andhra bank Atm which is located in abids, jagadeesh market.I haven't entered the pin number even but my money was debited .I think without entering the pin number it cannot access the atm card. It happens[protected] at 8.00am.
Plese take the necessary action on this problem.

letter writing the bank magager

I D.samba siva rao. SBH a/c holder No.[protected].I tried to withdraw the money from union bank of india. TEALI Branch ATM in A.P.for Rs.5000/- the amount was debited in my account but i didn't get money from the machine.it was happend on 9th, Oct, 2009 at 11:59A.M. The complaint was given to UBI Tenali and also SBH Ponnur Where I have my s/b account.Already completed one month time.

Please take the necessary action on this problem

SBH NRI a/c holder No.[protected].I my son tried to withdraw the money from sbh of india. hyd (Begampet)Branch in A.P.for Rs.34614/- the amount was debited in my account(nri) but my son didn't get money from the machine.it was happend on march.Please to take money my son in atm in my absence, for house expances, Please take the necessary action on this problem

The annual maintenance ATM fee was detected in my Rs.50/- on 27 Feb 2010. As I have enquiry to your staff. She says that it will be detected for all the A/C holder. But It was not detected to my collegues whoever working in my office M/s. LNV technolgy Pvt Ltd., chennai 31, still date. Please add the deducted amount Rs. 50/- to account at the earliest.
Also this will booked in the customer care on 09.04.2010 The Ticket No. is 498388 for your kind perusal.
