[Resolved] State Bank of India — ATM CARD USED TO DRAW AMOUNT CASH NOT RECEIVED FROM THE MACHINE BUT DEBITED FROM ACCOUNT | |||||
I RAMAKRISHNAN S CWC OFFICE S.B. A/C No.[protected] used my SBI ATM card to withdraw Rs.10000 from YES bank ATM (YBL ATM NMUP0599) on 11/06/2013 at 10:08:56 hrs. Transaction details txn#[protected]. But no amount was received whereas the amount of Rs.10000 has been debited from my SB A/C No.[protected] maintained in R.K.Puram, New Delhi branch of SBI Code No.01076. I waited for 24 hours believing that banks are working promptly and my amount will be credited in my A/c as per RBI instructions. But not; I approached the ATM concerned officer of SBI branch who told to wait further or do complaint on toll free No. Accordingly I did; But before receiving the details they send me the Ticket No. AT [protected]. Sir, we the middle class customers are withdrawing the amount from our Saving Bank A/c (Not Current A/c) for our urgent day to day requirements; But the bank does not bother about the customers problem and respond the complaints in a tortoise speed; what AT Machines can perform? savings account — cash not received from atm
Dear sir/madam,I have my savings account in canera bank in sivassa ( D & N.H.). I have withdrawn amount Rs. 15, 000/- by canara bank debit card from the ATM of ICICI bank located at silvassa on dated 24/11/08, but cash not received and shows some errors. And cash debited from my account. I had given written complaint to canara bank, and they are unable to what exact time will taken to solve the mistake.
I have withdraw money in canara bank OFFsite ATM at maruthinagar Nagarbhavi main road bangalore, actually i have a SBM account holder, i have requested for 15000=00 but i have recived only 500=00
rest of the money went inside the ATM, am unable to get the money.
even i have given written request to my bank regarding this issue,
the transaction happend on 4th of this month at about 2:00 pm.

SBI Bank — amount debited cash not receive
sir,i sanjeev kumar from Rohtak(Haryana) . i have a bank accont in branch of SBI, M.D.University rohtak. and my bank account no is [protected].
i have debited in my accounte of Rs. 4000/- in ATM machine of PNB modal town rohtak on[protected].
but do, nt any cash recived. and i hve given three time handwritten application to the branch manager of SBI, M.D.U. rohtak in 3.5 months. but do, nt credit this amount in my bank account till today.

last saturday my father sent 3500/- from kavali sbh branch on behalf of a. ranjit kumar with a/c:[protected] n payeeble at peddapalli sbh branch.
on saturday evening i checked but money doesnt transsacted and similarly i checked frm saturday to today but ther is no money transaction ..
today my father concern kavali bank manager n asked about transaction then he told sunday money was taken but i dnt take money

SBI ATM Card — Money not received and account debited
I submitted a request for withdrawal of Rs.10,000/- with my SBI ATM card from a HSBC ATM located at Shantipath, New delhi. However, the ATM did not disburse the money but my account has been debited for the same amount. Whom do I approach to resolve my problem and help me retrieve my money. You have to contact your home branch and file a complaint. Within 12 working days you will get your money back.

sir,i have my account in sbi personal banking mansarovar.I tried to withdra a mount of rs 3000 from the atm of bank of india cpj 8001 in the morning of 10 sep 2010 my account no[protected] with sbi was deducted by rs 3000 and no cash came out from atm.I have complined the incident to sbi and bank of india ,no action till date. SBI ATM — Amount debited but cash not received
I have Current Account at Syndicate Bank, Udumalpet Branch. My A/c. No. is 6126/307/2893. I have attempted to withdraw Rs.6000/- on 11th September 2010 at Sivakasi SBI ATM near Nadar Lodge area. At that time the amount was debited in my account but cash was not received. Immediately I have registered my complaint in the complaint register at that ATM.Later on 14th Sept. 2010, I have given a complaint at Syndicate Bank. They asked 15 to 20 days time. But still now the said amount has not been credited in my account. So Please take necessary action to credit the money in my account which I lost due to the SBI - ATM Machine fault at Sivakasi.

sir,my name is prafull tiwari and my sbi accont number is [protected].i have used my abi atm to withdraw rs 500 from atm of marhatal jabalpur 482002
and i hve got "timed out " on the screen.after that i have again used my atm for same transaction but again i have got "timed out".so finally i came out eith no amount withdrawl.but when i check my account i have found rs 100(in forms of two transactions of rs 500 each) were deducted,
when i compalined in respective bank of my account and also bank adjacent to that atm ,i have not got any satisfactiry answer from there side.

Dear sir,I had tried to withdraw amount of Rs. 5000/- from S.B.I.A.T.M. situated at B.K.DA. compound Yamunapuram Distt. Bulandshahr at 20.37 on dt. 08.11.2010 but due to unability of machine cash was not received thereto, message to debited from account was launched to the consumer on mobile phone no [protected] at 9.11 p.m. on dt.08.11.10 by icici Bank.

sir, i dont get the money and there was no slip come out by atm machine, but the machine flashed the massage that your transaction is done.
when i try to complain to pnb helpline they told to complain with sbi.& when i try to complain at sbi help line the custmer care officer told me that he can registered the complaint only after 24 hrs.
please help me & registered my complaint regarding this matter or advise me accordingly.

SBI — Amount Not Received From ATM
Respected Sir,I am Kazi Salauddin M. having account in SBI branch- LUNCIKUO, Tal : NAVSARI, Dist - NAVSARI. with A/C No- [protected]. I had withdraw money 8000 Rs from ATM o[censored]nion Bank in Navsari ATM having ATM ID- WSRT[protected]. Record No.-1247. on date 09/05/2011. The balance is deduct from my account but i didnt get money.I had given complaint in bank, but yet my amount is not recovered .
