I am having an SBI Credit Card [protected] in the name of Dinesh Malhotra



If my cheque was bounced why did you not inform me about it, I came to know

about this from the my Bank (Bank of Maharastra).



Anyhow I made a complaint regarding this with your Customer care Helpline

on 11.12.09, as per your customer executive the cheque was supposed to be

sent back by 19.12.09 along with the details for cheque being bounced ,but till date I have not received it.



Once again on 24.12.09 I made complaint with your executive my complaint no[protected]





You have charged me over limit fee, instead of charging me overlimit fee you should

have stopped my card as you had done previously. I am attaching the previous statement for stop payment for your reference.



I request you to please send me immediately by scan copy the bounced cheque along with the details for cheque being bounced.
