Sir,
I am a first year student of CIMP (Chandragupt institute of management,Patna) and I had applied for education loan from SBI bank (Boring canal road branch Patna) in month of July 2011 but still my loan is not sanctioned. Sir I am not finding myself able to find out the reason behind this because bank employees are not ready to give me the exact reason. (Loan amount-4 lakh)
At the time of admission in CIMP the bank employees of SBI bank, Patna came in CIMP to provide education loan. So that I had applied from this branch but after one and half month they informed me that your loan will not sanction from our branch so we have sent your document (application form) to your residential branch (Begusarai) for further process after that my mother went to SBI bank Begusarai branch to get the information about the process but she did not get any information than I went to Begusarai and requested to concern officer for further process after that they came to my home on 27.10.11 for verification. They have verified my all documents and told me that now I have done my work and I will send your documents to Patna branch for next step then I went to Patna branch (10.11.11) to know the status of the process. When I talked to concern person then she again told me that I told you earlier that your loan will not sanction from this branch this is only possible by Begusarai branch. My mother again went to SBI bank of Begusarai on(11.11.11) this time they told to my mother when your application form return back to us from Patna . We will send your form to RTPC.
Sir at this stage I am very much confused about the education loan process and I do not know that actually which SBI branch is responsible for this delay? Which branch will sanction my loan? And where is application form?
Sir I want answer of my all questions. I would be very kind of you if you could help me to find out the answer of my all questions.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO TAKE EDUCATION LOAN SINCE JANUARY.ADRESSES ARE VERIFIED AND THE EDUCATION FORMS ARE COMPLETED.BUT THE MANAGER WAS CHANGED AND THE PRESENT MANAGER REFUSED FOR FURTHER PROCESSING.EVEN HE REFUSED TO SEE MY FORM AND SAID THAT APPLY FOR LOAN IN SOME OTHER BANKS. I have opted for education loan amounts to RS 30, 000000. from State Bank of India. Now as i ain't got the Visa's I went to bank and submitted the application and original DD For 8620$ AUD as a part of closure to the loan account. I've submitted the application to Sayajigunj branch Vadodara, on 08/02/2013 and today it is 02/03/2013. Till date they have not closed my loan account though I have paid the money and application for the closure. Now the bank will want me to pay the extra one month interest for the delay caused by them.
The person who I spoke to was M.M. Surani. I spoke to his manager though but worthless. (sayajigunj branch - vadodara),
I need some sort of justice atleast from the department that says consumers comes first. (Consumer forum).

i am studying BE final year civil engineering in the kavery engg college, salem, mettur(tk), pin;636453
i was got education loan last three years without intrest. but now final year i apply the loan, the bank manager has not give loan without intrest. amout of intrest Rs.36000. already get each year Rs.48300. now provide only Rs.12300.
so please help to get full amount for continue my education.

Irregularities in 6th CPC Arrear — incometax
