Hi.I Have my account on SBI Freedom Rewards.I Redeemed my points In January 2012 against the SBI Gift card worth RS 500.I received on 2nd of Feb 2012.I Called them on 4th of Feb 2012 for activation of card as instructed on the letter received by them.Till now as on 16th march 2012 ,they are telling that give them 48 more hours.I have called them almost 5 times since 1 month.I m fed up of all these and lodging this complain.Kindly take necessary action Nitin [protected]@rediffmail.com Was this information helpful? | |

State Bank of India — Defective reward gift
I received gift of POLO WRIST watch from SBI based on fulfillment of the condition o[censored]tilisisation of the card for certain amount within the specific period.No one is there to listen the complaint. Even if email the complaint to escalation id , it bounces back.
I am not sure to whom we can trust now and resolve such issues.
