[Resolved] State Bank of India — SBI Bank Carelessness towards 57 Year old woman | |||
Hello Sir, I am writing this e-mail with the last hope of getting my hard earned money back from SBI. On 15th Jan'13 i was trying to book a return flight of Indigo Airline from Delhi to Goa via Yatra.com. But due to the failure of online transaction no booking could be done. Few days passed I found that an amount of Rupees 40,460 INR has been deducted from my SBI account. However no online booking was done with any airlines via yatra.com due to non payment from the concerned SBI account. Yatra have sent a written confirmation of the same as well. Refer the Account/Card Details used for trying to do the booking: Account Holders Name: Mrs. Shahsi Mathur Account Number: [protected] Debit Card Number: [protected] Bank Name: State Bank of India IFSC Code: SBIN0005226 Everytime I call State Bank customer care they open a fresh ticket and after few days just close the ticket without giving any solution of the problem. Last ticket which was closed without proper resolution was : PO[protected]. I request your Intervention in this matter as I am not getting any support from State Bank Of India. Being a woman of 57 years of age and suffering from heart problem, its not feasible for me to run from Pillar to Post. Please think of a middle class customer for whom an amount of 40,460 INR is very big. Expecting a positive and Immediate action from you.
