I had been to SBI Bank Virar west branch today
The Bank timings are 9:30 am
but the Employes come in at 9:45 am
and start working at 10:00am
People working are not at all Professional
don't know how to talk
I had an interaction with one of the employee
when i raised these issues
He says
"you are not doing me a favour by visiting our bank"
Customer Service
Is this Customer Service???
People wake up rather than opening an account in such banks
Better open an account with a nationalised bank
They atleast know how to talk

Today early morning, my mom's handbag was stolen which had all the debit cards and mobile phone in it. I called SBI customer care to block the debit card however they simply denied to help me out without the card number or a message from registered mobile number. I explained thats not possible because of the unfortunate theft. However they simply stated Bank is not at all responsible for this and we cant help you with this. I urged to help me with other details i had (i.e, address, mobile no., pan, DOB, etc).
On the other had I really appreciate the spontaneous service of Punjab National Bank, they immediately helped me out.
State Bank of India has no sentiments/ or value for customers money. Neither they care for us.
Felt helpless and now in loss only because of State Bank Of India
