[Resolved]  stock tips — tips fraud

this company is tptally fraud company they first call me and there executive called me everday and says that buy the package sir it's a very good package i will call you and support you. only you have to pay 2000rs extra for this pack and after that when i buy the package they start saying that he is in hospital he will not come and after more few days they said he resigns from the company.
then i asked the another person in company but no one listens they keep sending me the tips by sms but they are useless for me because only 5-10% tips work and rest of them are useless i wanna take the serious action on them and also want a refund if it can.i do have a mail also which there executive send me.and everything is mentioned in it clearly.
