I am totally helpless. I have worked for this company for 4 months. It is at Purnadas Road, near Gariahat, Kolkata. I was a fresher. The Management and senior emplyer was good to me at the begineeing. I used to work at the accounts department mainly and as well as used to work as a Persoanl Secretary of my boss. The management people slowly and steedly pressurised me to work for more than 12 hrs. Since I was a fresher I used to work there upto 8 pm. My boss sometimes used to give me a lift near by my home by his private car. I stay at saltlake. Oneday it was 7:30 pm which was not to late for me to reach home, but my boss request me to go with him. since I was a fresher and new to my company I respect my boss very much.
On his car he offer me a drink and I have it. After taking the drink I feel like excitement and almost sleepy. I feel like fainting. But I feel that my boss is moving his hand on my body. I was prespering and got afraid. I was not in a condition to speak something to my boss. I can just feel what he is doing. He took me to a guest room telling me that you are not feeling well so you must take some rest at someplace. He took me at that guest place. At that time I even can't work properly and feel like fainting down. On the room he unclose all my dress and have done sex with me forcefully. He had my nude picture also. Next day moring he told me to satisfy him for few more days else he will disclose all my secret picture. for the next next 2 months he has done 12 times sex with me. I have lost my everything in this Company. Even has not given my Salary properly. After fews months he recruit a new female Employe to do the same things with her. Before I could tell anythings to that girl they sack me out of the company. I am totally helpless now. I am afraid to join any company now. I want justice. I want punishment. They exploit their female Employer sexually. Please Help me.
