[Resolved] Subhiksha Trading Services Limited — Salary and PF not paid

I joined subhiksha on may 2007 as a retail outlet manager, and I have not received my salary or PF dues from june 2008 till April 2008 and also the PF is pending for the whole tenure. I am bankrupt and all my EMI checks have bounced due to which my credit rating also have been affected. Please inform as to what exactly is to be done about this.

DEAR SIR

MY SELF RUDRESH PRATAP GARG I WORKED WITH SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICE LIMITED AS L.P.EXECUTIVE ( AUDIT TEAM ) IN AMRITSAR, LATER MOHALI AND CHANDIGARH. SUBHIKSHA ADMIN DEPATMENT CLOSED IN FEB 2009 . SO I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY SALARY FROM DEC 08 TO JAN 09, AND PF FUND FROM DEC 07 TO JAN 09, SO KINDLY SUGGEST ME WHAT CAN I DO FOR RECIEVE MY DUE SALARY AND PF. AND OTHER DUE WHICH IS PENDING .

I joined subhiksha on NOV 2007 as a COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE and date of living was oct 2008.but, a I have not received my salary for last 2 month before living the job and hr war not give me any PF. no My EMP.CODE-D-1250 so pls give me my only PF.. I am bankrupt and all my EMI checks have bounced due to which my credit rating also have been affected. Please inform as to what exactly is to be done about this.
