This is to bring to your notice that i have resigned from this company on 11th April 07.I have forwarded my P.F Form duly filled to the comapanies office on 11th Sep 07 and had take a receiving from the H.R deptt also.But till date i have not received my P.F and while going through the P.F site of chennai i found that the my P.F form is not received by P.F office from the company.
Sir my P.F no. is TN/40497/6315 so pls intervene as all attempts made to get in touch with the co. officials were in useless as nobody is responding.
