[Resolved]  Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd — PF Not recieved

Respected Sir,

I was working with Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd-Vadodara(Gujarat) from March'06 to OCT'08. I send my PF Withdrawal form to Chennai PF Office in March’09 but still my PF Not refunded.
My personal detail for PF claim is given below.
> Name Mr. Jayesh Patel
> Establishment Code 40497
> Company Name SUBHIKSHA TRADING SERVICES PVT LTD
> Employ No. 6613

And Last week I have tried to contact Chennai PF Office by e-mail but reply received for PF office that is your form returned to you but for what reason?...Not given clear indication and also till today, not received returned PF Withdrawal Form.

May this kind of issue common for all Subhiksha Employ because subhiksha has shut the door without any relieving intimation to employ.
