Dear Sir,

I, Mr. Mohan Singal had purchased five (5) products from your Borivali – East store on 28.06.2008. The bill was Rs. 1438.90. The fifth product which was a Gemini Sunflower Oil can of 15 litres prices at Rs. 1218 was leaking after purchase. I contacted the manger just after payment of the goods and told him that the oil can was faulty. He replied that the Gemini Sunflower Oil can was not in stock today.

I went to the store the next day and the manager told me that the replacement would be given next month.
