[Resolved]  Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd — not taking my P[censored]nder process

Respected sir,

My Name is Jaimin A Parikh. I have joined Subhiksha Trading Services Ltd on 25th of Sep’06 as Outlet Audit Executive for Baroda. I have resigned from the job on 17th of December 2008.

In the beginning I was getting salary slips but after February’07 I didn’t have any salary slips. All the salary slips I got were not authenticated. As many as salary slips I have received, the PF was deducted was Rs. 432 per month. Even though i dont have all my salary slips i can prove by my appointment letter that they have deducted my PF.

Now during the period I have not received my PF number. Now I want to withdraw my PF amount. I have sent my PF document duly signed and attached the entire required document like copy of my bank passbook etc.

I have sent these documents through courier on 11th June’08 on the name of Mr Sureshbhai Patel and have confirmed with the courier company that they have submitted the courier on 12th at 4:00pm. But still the company is not doing any procedure even after many reminders.

I am also afraid whether they have submitted my PF amount properly as much they have deducted or not.

Please help me in clearing my PF issue.
