[Resolved]  Sudarshan Estem Pvt Ltd — Cheating in allotment and registration of booked land

Dear Sir,
I booked four plots (4800 sq ft) in Sudarshan Vihar (Madanpur) with Sudarshan Estcon Pvt Ltd, Bhubaneswar under installment scheme by paying 35% of cost in Feb 2008. The sales executive Mr. Ray assured me that at any time when I arrange total money, the land will be registered. By May 2010, I have deposited more than 50% of the cost. The company is registering the plots for those who had booked the plots by paying 50%. Recently in May 2010, when I told about this to the MD, Mr. Behera, he asked Mr. Biswas (In-Charge of Registration) to give me the papers required for registration. Mr. Biswas told me to get the papers ready for registration. Now when I went with the papers to Mr. Biswas about registration of the plots by paying rest of the cost, he said the land will not be registered till completion of the installment period, i.e. April 2011.Mr. Biswas is talking different now and is adamant that plots will not be registered till April 2011. Necessary steps may be taken to ensure registration of the plots at the earliest. I must appeal new customers to think twice before entering into any deal with this company.
