[Resolved] Sun Direct — Sun Direct Recharge | |||
HI, I had recharged Sun Direct for 1 year with amount 1310/-. Sun direct Activated just 6 months plan and takes off the full amount. By talking to their call centre, each time they tell me that the problem will be fixed within 24 hrs. It has been more than 45 days now, the problem is not fixed. My Sundirect smart card # is [protected]. I requested Sun Direct to refund the 6 months money, since the money has been taken for no reason. I dont get proper repsonse from them and they still claim that the problem will be fixed and amount will be refunded back to my account. I have lost hopes with sun direct.
