[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Defective service

The service of Sun Direct was not working for the past 1.5 months. When I had contacted the Sun Direct distributor, he told that there is some satellite problem and so we need to co-operate for few days and also that there will be no charge levied to the customers till the problem is fully rectified. But to my surprise some more channels stopped working few days back. I went back to the same distributor and he behaved very rudely and told that my validity has expired and so not getting some of the channels. I then called up the customer service and those guys also were telling the same thing. On insisting that it was not supposed to be charged since you had mentioned that, they were talking as though they are doing a favour by broadcasting few channels and they say that since they were broadcastng those channels they are charging. When I asked them to allow me to talk to a senior person, they started talking nonsense and also started shouting. Finally he told me to go to consumer court or do what ever I want. Hence I thought of bringing this to your notice. Please look into this. Sun direct is looting people like anything.

Yessss, After making a lot of complaint still today not a single technician visited my house my smart card no is [protected]R. Today i talked in customer care with fraud Manoj. Once again same promise that technician will visit your house within 2 hrs. I directly challenged him that please give me your account no. If technician visited or just make a call to my mobile i will pay rs5, 000 in his account. But instead of taking it as challenge fraud companys fraud Manoj disconnect the line & ran away. From last 3months i only managed to watch 57% strength of network with Sun Direct made unlimited complaints not even a single technician visited our house so i dicided to daily make a complaint & result to publish in this network. Lets wait & watch what fraud company will do.

Yesterday (30/09/10) Two Technicians are came my house and working half an hour. After some times I am receiving all Channels. After that the Technician ask me Rs.50/-, Am tolld him that I dont want to pay a single money for this service. He said "OK" and do some more work with Instrument. He said everything is clear, now you get all channels. Am checking my self, all channels are there. But today morning Am checking my Tv, there is not working properly.. Finally he told me to go to consumer court or do what ever I want. Hence I thought of bringing this to your notice. Please look into this. Sun direct is looting people like anything

sun direct. — not attending the complaint even after 1.5months.

Dear sir,
This is to inform that i have bought the sun direct, and am not able to view any channel because of some satillite problem wrt sun direct. i have given complaint regarding this to customer care(sun direct) on different dates. they reply that they will get it rectified within 2 days, but even after 2 months, the company is not trying to solve problem.

my complaint details are
1. [protected] dated- 7th november 2010
2. [protected] dated-23rd dec 2010.

the above mentioned complaint no. have been received from the sun direct customer care.
please help me
Dear sir,
we have problem in getting the signal for past three days, futher in some of the channels while watching if we receive any message or any call from our cells than the services get disturbed please atten at the earliest
