[Resolved] Sun Direct — Regarding local service center/Dealer | |||
Dear Sir, I am customer of Sun direct DTH.I am unable to see the channels due to some satellite problems since last three weeks.I have complained about the problem to the local sun DTH dealer/service center as well as to lucknow many times but problem has not been shortedout/removed to till date. Dear sir, My sun network cable is showing searching for signal since one month .I was given complaint to our nearest branch.But no response.when i call they said coming today.so please don" t take sun netwrk.worst service and worst quality.This is my request.

Dear sir, my sun network is showing poor signal and often shows searching for signal since 15th october, seeing your ad., on info channel I have given my complain to my dealer but there is no response from them till date.They don't even attend the calls . I request sun direct network office people to take nessessary steps to solve this problem.This is my request and complaint.

Even some of channels are working for more than 1 month but no body bothers to check and correct them after complaining regularly I have not seen such a kind of service after they charged.

Sun Direct DTH — REGARDING SERVICE
Hi,This is with regard to lethargic response by SUN DTH service providers, in AUG 2010, there was some issue with their satellite due to which we were not able to recieve many of the channels,for 2 complete months,they kept assuring that it will be resolved in another few days then later they informed that they have moved to a new satellite and their technician will come at our place and do the needful changes free of cost. Its been around 3 months we have been callling their customer care,everytime we are given a new reference number and a fake assurance that technician will come. Although they are charging money, we are not getting channels for which we are paying.We dont know the location of their office also where we can go and tell all this. I request you to please look to the issue and take action against the so called " NO 1. DTH service provider". The details of my connection are below:

I completing agree with this. Even the same thing I am facing issue with this from past 45 days. I transferred the connection from Chennai to Hyderabad and I have never seen a picture till now after transfer. I almost spent 2000 Rs for reinstall wtih which I can get a new connection (note that it is not SUNDIRECT this time). CSR has a default answer which I can also do their job very easily. when ever I call them, I get a new compalint number which has no action.
