[Resolved] Sun Direct — No Response | |||
Hi, The broad cost of TV channels has been stoped due to tech issues in SuN direct 3 months before. and we have been informed that the Tech people will come and do the dish alignment. But even after so many compliants raised through Email & phone calls to customer Service there is no response from their end. on Each call they informing it will take further 2 or 3 days. We are trying to re-charge our Sundirect smart card, we are unable to reach the customer care Chennai phone number[protected] for the past 3 days, all we hear is the automated voice of BSNL "The customer you have called is busy...", does any ppl knew an alternate number for re-charging.

one of the most worst customer care service is sun direct customer care (It's not a customer care . only telling in lies including team leader , technician etc...). Because i gave 8 complaints in Sun direct customer care. every time they are told just wait for 48 hours. i waited for one months( i gave complaint 01-SEP-10 today date is 30-SEP-10) for complaint process. still now one resolve the problem. i sent mail to [protected]@sundirect.in but no reply that mail. i don't what they are doing in office hours. still now i wasted nearly 200 rupees for to spoke with customer care and one month DTH rent. totally i wasted nearly 350 rupees.

my smart card no is [protected]R i used to give complaint from last one month. Every time i used to give complaint in customer care they promise us that within 2 hrs a technician will contact us but still day not even a single technician contact us. I also met the shope person from i purchased this fraud DTH he visited my house after promising him to pay rs 200 but he managed to watch only DD channels. From next day he also stopped to attend our phone calls[[protected]]. What a fraud company is Sun Direct it don't have any connection between customer care to dealer or distributor or between any technician. Just a vagabond type service good for nothing. One of the fraudest service in INDIA.
my DTH services are not available to me for the past 20 days and there is no response from the local dealer after even complained repeatedly.I am really fed up with this and trying to find out the way out of this.

the sun direct customer service is very very poor it is our badluck to select sucha tv chanel group my ac no is[protected]r iam not gettig signals to tv9-etv2-gee from mininews comedy-sakshitv-abn-ztelugu since seven days this is my third coplaint no response alternatee iam forced to choosealternate
