[Resolved]  Sun Direct — Customer Service is very bad

I use Sun Direct DTH service and I do not have complaints on the relay or picture quality and even the availability. However it has one of the worst customer care services in place. It is very difficult to reach the customer care number and would be always busy (probably using very less number of lines). If you try to reach the nodal office at the number provided in the website that too will not be picked up. Once I had a problem in my DTH and got a message "E48 No Signal". The distributor sent a technician who said that the LNB (Low Noise block filter) is faulty and need to be replaced. However Sun Direct customer service said that will not be the problem. I tried to get the technician re-checked for nearly two months in vain. Later we took a local electrician's help who found that the problem was with the the cabling and he replaced the cable and everything was working.
Now I have shifted to a new house and need to re-install the service at the new house, but was not able to reach the customer care for last two days and the nodal officer number too is not picked up. Logged an online request in Sun Direct's website, but it does not generate any request number for reference. So it seems to be written on water.
though Sun Direct is cheap and the signal is good, the customer servcie is pathetic and I would never recommend this to anybody.

i purchased mercury plus add on pack in this packagel i have to get 6 channels but iam missing one channel that is nationan geography i have tried cc 100 times i could not able to contact this is the cc service
i have purchased sun direct last year i have got deactivated with my paid channels .again i have recharged but from past one week iam not getting my channels if i call to customer care it takes around 15 min to connect to the executive . the service is tooooo poor n tooo worst .
I am trying to login to my account for the past one week but the page doesnt appear. I tried calling all customer care nos. no response. to change one package, i have been asked to give set top box no. where can i find the set top box no.?

SUN DTH — VERY VERY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Don't buy SUN DTH, you will not get any kind of Customer Service.If you bought you will suffer, and at last you will try to buy other DTH Service. I have called more than 25 times, to get a service, my problem is I can't see any channels from their Service. Now I'm stop the calling them. I'm Try to purchase a good one.
