the customer service is soo poor while recharging through mobile they are consuming lots of time
it costs more money

i hav called the customer care no. of sundirectdth a hundred times bt all i got ws "executives are busy with other customers".i have wasted a whole lot of time bt i didnt work.sundirect has the worst customer care service.
