i recharge Rs25 sundirect recharge in my account but set max channel is not available please rectifive my problem my card number [protected]

I TRIED TO RECHARGE MY ACCOUNT VIA ONLINE USING 110 RUPEES MONTHLY RECHARGE VOUCHER AND IT IS CREDITED IN MY ACCOUNT., BUT I AM NOT GETTING CHANNELS IN MY TV ...I HAVE BEEN KEEPING IN CHANNEL NO 102..SINCE I RECHARGE ... PLEASE DO IT AS CORRECT MY SMART CARD NO IS [protected]
