[Resolved] Sun Direct — bad service | |||
Respected sir, This letter is to inform you that my dth service provider"sun direct"is not giving any response to my complaints.Every time i call the customer care service, they promise to send a mechanic within three days in order to upgrade my dth connection.But a month has passed and mechanic has not come.I am facing this problem since 6 months.Even free to air channels are not received properly.
