I too face the same issue. No idea if the project is shelved or whats happening.

I am also facing the same issue, they have even removed the page of Hi-tech city from the suncity website.

The wave city, ghaziabad developers are cheating their prelaunch applicants who had trusted them and invested their money 5 years ago.
Today instead of allotting their earlier applicants plots, the developers are allotting them to new comers so that they can get more money.
This is cheating and fraud
Existing prelaunch applicants - Let us all get together and expose them and fight them

I had booked a 250 sq yards plot in Suncity Hi-Tech City Ghaziabad, in 2006 and am presently based in Delhi.

In spite of my repeated letters, mails and personal visit to their offices, they have been making promises one after another, which never seems to end, thus compelling the plot owners to surrender their plot at throw away price, back to these colonizers/builders.

It is suggested that we form an association and take legal action against Suncity and Wave as they have been making huge monetary gains from our hard earned
money and have not even bothered to make the allotment, even after 10 years.

Your patience of so many years is going to bring good returns as the tender for extending the road on both side from Nizamudin till Dasna (NH-24) is to start soon.

Since this is probably the first joint effort by some of the members, after so many years, the plot owners are requested to join this association in maximum numbers, give their suggestions along with their names, cell no., email ID.

And I am in the same boat too. I booked a plot like all of you in 2006 and now, 9 years later, nothing and no response. Yes, we need to do something together. I see many messages here on this line of thinking but it is not clear if something is actually being done and if yes, who is leading the effort, how many members in this group, any work done so far and how can those members contribute/communicate with each other outside of this public forum.
