I downloaded and filled all forms for Sundaram bnp paribas SMILE fund and sent to CAMS service, Chennai.
After an week i got back the application form and a letter stating that, you not attached the SIP auto debit form so we are rejecting your application, please forward a new application.
I am not forwarded any forms further kept quite.
On Nobember, 2009 7th they started deducting Rs.3000/- the SIP amount i mentioned on application. Immediately i sent an mail about this issue.and got reply they are looking into this issue.
On December, 2009 7th again they deducted Rs.3000/- , so i went to CAMS services and reported
1. Without my application how you processed.
2. if your processed means where is my statement and folio number.
Too bad experience with sundaram. also this is my first investment with sundaram bnp paribas.
What kind of redressal i can get from them ? please someone suggest me.... Was this information helpful? |

me a/c statement in beetween 2years, pl send me statement now i fuuly thanks to you
