Bad Hospital in the World

My Father has problem of Aspergillosis and in SMF we referred by pulmonologist and He request my father has undergone a endoscopy and sample of sputum has been taken on endoscopy and sent for culture test and the Stupid SMF lost the cuture sample after 45 days they are reporting and the hospital and pulmonologist never cared about lost sample and instead they blamed us that we are not co-operating the Doctor.
Then my great Pulmonologist is convening the Lab Technical(May be Female) for not to worry on lost sputum sample in front of us. Since my father has to undergone a Cateract Surgery we need the Concurrence from the Great Pulmonologist he blindly gave the no objection letter just to escape from the Problem. The Operation went on problem due to heavy Steroids suggested by the Pulmonologist but instead when we enquired him for the opinion he was speaking like Short term memory loss person that he never told to undergone an operation only he told to take operation after serveral Months and This Worst incident Of SMF hospital Has mentally affected my Father and Mother.

The Foolish SMF Hospital is great enough of refusing to Pay the lost Culture Sample Fees to us.

SMF You know what is the Meaning of Hospitality. Please dont spoil the Name Of Dr.Rengarajan and Mr.Sundaram,

House keeping service at SMF now a days seems to be not satisfactory in especially post operation ward. For example, one of my relation aged 75 years was admitted and operated for abdomen surgery and on request I was there for two days as attendant. As he was bed ridden and not able to move due to major surgery in the abdomen, he let out for call of nature in the bed. I reported this to the help desk but in vain and they said they will send someone to clean and at last one ward boy came after 45 minutes in-spite of our frequent calling, till then the patient was in the pool of urinal and motion. I very much disappointed for the careless attitude and behavior of help desk executives and moreover the maintenance of bath room and toilet is also very poor even though if we complained to the help desk about the condition of slippery and water stagnation in the floor. Hence, I request the higher authorities concerned, to create a good atmosphere in the minds of public and show good hospitality in the near future and keep the brand name SMF quite exemplary.
