I have not recieved pf ammount related to pension scheme (10C) I have filed application in Dec-2006 till date . ihaven't recieved the ammount.

what is the solution. when I asked my employer they are submitted to chennai pf office in dec -06 itselp.

I Vinayak Badami worked for Sundaram motors Bangalore. We
applied for PF settlement 10c form to our authorized Sundam motors office in Dec 06.
Bangalore. It?s about 41 month old once we asked about claim they are helpless
regarding settlement. They informed us that it need 6 month time. We are in
confusion, Is it true? I have received our contribution but unable get the
family pension scheme and govt benfits.Other my collogues are applied in Jan they are received amount in April itself why not mine is settled.

Sir can you help us?


I have already mailed Mr. Shrinivasan Manager HR. PF office Delhi and Chennai. Next I have to go legally or to media.
