I, V. Prabhakar Prasad with smart card no.[protected] R. We have complained many times to customer care and well as to the numbers given on the TV screen but of no use. You are saying that my service will resume in 24 hours each time and has been going on like this for the past four months. If your service is out of business then please let the consumers know so that we can buy some other dth service instead of fooling us like this.
