[Resolved] Sundirect Hd — E-52 & E48 SIGNAL ERROR | |||
MY COMPLAIN NUMBER IS 1-[protected]. I had raised a complaint through the customer care number provided in the website. They informed that they require 48 hours for solving the problem. For just a small mis alignment in the antena and mobilising a service executive sun network takes 48 hours which is almost 4-8 hours with other service providers. I was informed that a service provider would come and rectify. After which I did not recieve any call from any service provider. I followed up with sun direct customer service officer who provided me the details of service provider which turned out to be wrong one. They have no clue who will provide service in a specific area. Even after concecutive calls to customer service they were not able to provide the service provider number. They do charge INR 150 for every visit. They are not able to mobilise right resource. Sun direct should either train customers to handle such complaints or provide proper customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||

sundirect HD set up box not working since a month. complaints to the call center & agencies are waste of time. useless fools. bunch of who dont know anything only work there.
