[Resolved] Sundirect — Not able to view subscribed channels ( Telugu Basic package) | |||
Hi, Sub: Regarding Sundirect Satilite change effect Sir, Due to Sundirect Satilite Change I am not able to View subscribed channels. I already paid amount to view to my Telugu basic Package. But I am not able to view all channels. Ex: If I choose TV9-Telugu it's showing satilite changed to new satilite to get this channel please call to customer care. When I make a call to customer care they are telling that we received a bulk of complaints regarding satilit re-set so it's will take time to set your connection. Plaese take a serious action against this. Why because we already paid money for channes. If they suppose to change new satilite they should continue all the services in Old satilite once they complete all the existing customers then only they should go for new satilite run.
