Dear SirS,

Good Morning.

Kindly accept my greetings for a very fruitful day.

This is further to personal meeting undersigned had with you and your other colleagues on the above subject last Friday . As discussed and agreed during the meeting that we would be making pending payments by ensuing Saturday and Monday. But we are surprised to note that you had instructed your offices to disconnect the line immediately after the meeting.

This is totally against the business ethics.

It is not the desired customer service. That too in the business meltdown period faced by everybody in the whole world.

If you recollect in my last mail I had notified that we would not be making any payments for last month as we had been requesting you to do away with PRI as one of your official Mr.Vivek Gautam had promised us to change the plan to a simple plan by way of this the number would be retained by us and we would be liable to pay Rs.500/- per month and in the near future and our business gets revived we can opt for upgradation to PRI.

But you and your team has taken an impulsive decision.

I am sure you superiors would not appreciate this. We might be a very small customer for AIRTEL but if this kind of attitude is there with the customer service team then one can easily imaging the future of AIRTEL in the coming times. ??

We are really appalled.

We never expected this kind of a impulsive reaction.

We are not responsible for any payments for the month of January & February 2009. This may please be noted.

WE CALLED YOU ALOT BUT YOU HAVENT PICKED THE PHONE. YOU RAN AWAY WITHOUT GIVING OUR MONEY. YOU HAVE ECHANGED YOUR OFFICE FROM OKHLA. I DONT KNOW WHETHER THIS WAS FIRST TIME OR YOU DO THIS REGULARLY. YOU HAVE DONE FRAUD WITH US. IF YOU ARE TRUE THEN RETURN OUR MONEY WHICH WE GAVE YOU.
