[Resolved]  Surat Diamond / Diamond Ring — 22 days over, my Order not dispatched & not delivered.

I order Diamond ring in Suratdiamond.com by online payment,
22 days is over still they not dispatch my order,
First i contact them after a week 7 days, they said, ring is in manufacturing, it take 10 days, after that it will dispatch,

i contact them after 12 days, they say you order is near to dispatch it will complete in this week, i call them after 16 days, they say same, and Now also same, 22 days over,

please help me,
