[Resolved]  suvidha account — unauthorized debits a lot - ready credit fraud

I have citi bank ac for the last 2 yrs. Initialy I dont know and not interested to know about ready credit facility. they debited some amount after that they themself credited the same amount again i called up and told them to cancel the facility they told this is mandatory!!! So I was not caring about. But I saw my account statement after 6 months. there were hell lot of debits. appr 2500/- per month. they are telling a big story for this. I told I am not interested to contine the ready credit. They are sending one line reply on the mails.I am suffered a lot of this ready credit fraud.
