Suzuki / Access 125 — Delivery misguiding issue

Dear Customer Care,

I have logged same complaint to Customer Feedback. There is no customer support system is available or any email communication facility available on Suzuki website. That's why we need to use this consumer complaints web site. I expect some response from this.
I have booked your product Access125 on 19/08/2008 to your respeced dealer M/s. Dharmaraj Automobiles, Surat by paying 5000.00Rs. They have committed too many false periods of delievery.1st my expected delivery was on Dashera. Than they carried forward it to Dhan Teras. After that Labh Pacham. After as usual they denied to deliver on time saying they have supply issue and no vehicles are coming from company. After too many followups they came to 06th December would be last date to supply. As per the discussion on 03rd December with your respective dealer, they are saying another 10 - 15 days will take to vehicles to be delivered. This vehicle is a gift for my wife and now there is solid family dissatisfaction aroused due to lack of services from Suzuki or the dealer. Suzuki has created solid frustration for me and my family. I would like to have reply from a company, are these the pre sales service of your company? I am also representing a reputed service industry. Please feedback

To the Customercare department,
I am dissatisfied by the response today I got from the dealer of Access 125 in Surat. On just inquring about my booked Access, the person Mr. Chanderesh, answered so wildly that I had dropped the idea of continuing my waiting for the vehicle. The waiting period said by them was 3.5 to 4 months.
Why is that so? Is the company not able to cop up the demand? Is the company creating effective demand in the market about their product? or is there any other reason.
When the demand so ... why can't the company accelerate their production?
Finance problem?
Labour problem?
I would like to know, what is problem.
After paying Rs. 5, 000 for booking and ready to pay the full amount in cash, why should I wait. Or should I wait to have a postive reply from your side. How long?
