[Resolved]  Suzuki Access 125 — NO OIL IN GEAR BOX

I have purchased Suzuki Access 125 on 8th August ,2013 from Shivalik Suzuki, Satelite, Ahmedabad.The Engine No.is F[protected].It had run 403 km.only. I was driving Access 125 om Ahmedabad - Gandhinagar highway , At that time allm of a sudden the rear wheel got locked , though the speed of my vehicle is very slow ( 30 Km). I fell down from my Access on the spot, But i was lucky that i have no major injury. Thereafter , i informed the Shivalik Suzuki Dealer , then one supervisor and two foremen reached on that incident spot. They declare that the Gear Box of Access was locked because there was not single drop of Oil in the Gear Box.Thereafter, they brought my Access to the workshop at Chandkheda.They also accepted that It is a Company Fault. I am really shocked with what happened to me and my vehicle.I am very much depressed right now and with this mental condition of mine. I am not willing to drive this Faulty Access 125. and even re - conditioned Access 125. Therefore , It is my kind request to you to provide a new Suzuki Access 125 to me as soon as possible.
