[Resolved] Suzuki Access 125 — POOR AND HIGH CHARGING FOR SERVICE | |||
My vechlie Suzuki access had a engine problem and they said the approximate charge for the service would be around 10660 and I paid 10500 to SRI ROONWAL MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED 587/658, T.H ROAD, OLD WASHERMENPET CHENNAI-600 021 ph [protected]/18 and I took the delivery on 25/10/2012 by paying[protected].71 + 1302.78) and when I took the delivery they said me my vechlie could not take self start because it was not use for 2 or 3 days. They said i[censored]se it my vechlie battery will charge and you will retain your self start as usual. But nextday when I started my vechlie some unexpected SMOKE PERVAILED FROM THE ENGINE AND EVEN MY HORN DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND AGAIN I APPROACHED THEM ON 26/10/2012 THEY SAID IT WAS SOME TUNING PROBLEM AND THERE APPROACH WAS NOT GOOD. My service bill no is w1204444 J.c.no: 1204636 My vechlie no : TN03 E 4484 SO I DEMAND COMPENSATION FOR ROOWAL'S POOR SERVICE GIVEN TO ME AND HIGHER CHARGING AND WORST SERVICE TO CUSTOMERS.
