Suzuki Motors — unwanted noise from engine

I am nishad from kerala trivandrum. i bought a new bike suzuki GS150 from ESSCO motors Karamana on 14/07/2010 at11.30 am.(engine no G[protected] CHASIS NO-MB8NG49AFA8104457) After my first service an unwanted noice is coming from engine. i reported to the dealer and they said u give the bike it will need to take time to service,i gave my bike to them. but they didnt care my bike, my bike has been finished 5000 km. till now the sound is remaining. they are acting very well they and the comapny cheating the customer, now i am very disappointed therefore please take a necessary action as pr my request,otherwise iwill approach to the consumer court and cover all the media against suzuki product at any cost for get back my money from company.
