Swift Ldi — Getting switched off while running

Hello,

I bought my swift Ldi from ABT Maruti Guindy, Chennai in the month of feb 08.This is my first car from maruti.My problem with the car is it gets switched off suddenly while running at an average speed of 60km/hr(can't say when, without a feel of trouble).

I contacted the general manager of ABT Guindy, Chennai & told the problem.There was no response from them.They said they will getback to me.

Then i took the vehicle to Service Masters, Ekatuthangal, Chennai.
I met Asst.manager(Service) Mr.Prem & explained the problem.He arranged for an test drive with a test driver & a device Tech 2.I travelled nearly 25 kms.At that time of inspection the car never had any problem.They cooly said there is nothing wrong with the car.My car still has the problem.Once the engine gets switched off the stearing gets locked.

How do you expect me to travel in this car.It's a shame on Maruti being india's No.1 car manufacturer.

I am highly disappointed with this kind of service & advice.My only option is to approach the consumer court.

Swift Ldi — Booking full for Swift LDI

Dear Sir,
We were gone to Chittosho Motor for booking of Swift LDI. Salesman said that booking of Swift LDI is full. So we cannot book any new query. After 2 hours salesman Nitian whose mobile No. is [protected] asked that swift LDI is available in Silky Silver colour. Premier 20 thousand.

2. We are going to Berkerly, Chandigarh for booking Swift LDI 4-6 months period waiting. 50, 0000 Advance. After Madam Sunita whose mobile no. is [protected] asked that Swift LDi is avilable white and silver colour peremier is 20 thousand VDI 25, 0000.

Swift Ldi — very poor service by untrained worker

Stupid Service Centres
I own a Maruti swift for the past one and half years. , one of the service centre near my house M/s. K.P.motor Service Centre. he promised me for good service any kind of problem in my car. after second free service leakage of engine oil from my car i do complained this in service centre,but they donot give importance to that.after that then I noticed that the car started a noise after 100 speed and decrease milage conuniously i could have done nothing except calling him again for correcting it.
In Total, stupid senseless services. This reflects on the effectiveness of Maruti service. Insuh is Maruti's Authorised (to trouble) Service Center.

I suggest you directly call the helpline to get your issue solved.. Contact the Maruti helpline on [protected], they'll let you know how to go about it.. I did the same..
