[Resolved]  Swift Ldi — electronic system failure,improper care by M/S Kapico maruti service centre ,chennai.

I am M.Anbuthambi,CEO,MSM&Co., Chennai.we have purchased a swift ldi,from M/s Kapico maruthi,Chennai,in dec 2007.Since from that,we are doing the car-service with them,in aug 2008 ie after the 20,000km service,suddenly the malfunction indicator light,SVSindication,water in fuel filter lights were glowing ,i contacted the service centre,simply they told nothing will happen,bring the vecihle we will check like that,then there after very aften the same lights are coming and going,i went two three times,then because of our natural busy we left as it is.Now the vecihle crossed 40,000 km,that service also over,again the same old problem is there.The vecihle is not getting started in ' HOT CONDION '.I am very much up set by service done by M/S Kapico Chennai.

Swift Ldi — things stolen at the time of repairing

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to complain about one of your maruti car service station namely D D MOTORS AT WAZIRPUR DELHI.my car met with an accident on 14th march (DL2CAK 5009) by the name of jasvir rana who is my elder brother and as it was sunday i went to dd motors on monday 15th march,my car is insured from reliance company so i gave them all the required papers and they said that u come on 17th march and your car will be repaired and they gave me an estimate of around Rs 2000 which is the difference amount which i need to pay at the time of delivery of my car, my car was not delievered on 17th infact they called me on 18th and at 11 am i reached there but they said it will take some more time and they kept me waiting for four hours and at last when they came to deliver my car they asked me to pay Rs 15000 more as the reason which was told to me is that very morning relience refused to give any cash less facility, fine i agreed and i arranged for rest of the amount.then when i came to my car i saw that the paint which they applied was free flowing on the window for which i complained and got it done then i saw that the first aid kit as well as the extra head lamps which i got along with the delivery of my car were missing for which i even complained after coming home COMP NO.([protected]) the very next day one executive came from dd motors and game my both the things back and asked me to sign a document that i am satisfied with there service,i agreed and signed it, but on 2 march as i was driving my car tyre got punchured and in order to change it i checked my car boot and found out that the road which is used to open the tyre rim bolts is missing and it was a big problem for me as it was all deserted area for this i again gave a complaint no. I am really disappointed with the kind of service these people provide as i have a great expectations from an esteemed company like maruti and such kind of performance is never appreciated,so i kindly request you to please take an appropriate action against DD motors and get my stolen things back.
