[Resolved] Syndicate Bank — rude manners | |||
cashier doesn't update our account immediately after receiving the money, so i was waiting near cash counter and just asked the cashier that whether he updated my account or not.. all of a sudden he started scolding me - just by adding 100rs to your account don't come and dance on my head ....so and so in local language ( actually i waited till the counter was empty then i asked him), seeing this manners i hate to bank with syndicate bank. Government employees act like this because they think no one can affect their job safety. Here by i request the authority to take proper action on that cashier ( i don't know his name, other employees in that branch are good ). I still believe that gandhiji told 'customer is our god' , so don't ruin his words. Thanks and regards. Was this information helpful? | |||
