Hi guys i[censored] came to know about the opening in sysvine technologies in chennai please avoid it. Because 1st round online test aps and technical. 2nd round HR.They will announce the result after few days by phone. U were called to attend the technical round programming. Last round again HR .Theres is a surprise for u they will demand money Rs.30,000 for 6months training program.

These Sysvine People are no 1 fraud..Simply for eye wash they keep an aptitude test, then some casual hr round (Everyone who writes the aptitude will be called, so dont get excited if your name is put up)..Preceding which they'l ask you to come one day for checking your programming skills..They wil ask U to implement a java program for encryption and decryption which is not possible to do it in 2 hours..

Finally the hr wil say you are weak in java so take a training with us for 3 months which costs 30, 000rs..After the completion of training, we'l hire you and company will pay 5, 000rs only.. Seriously folks these people are pakka 420...
I don't agree with "venkatesh891" comment. I worked at Sysvine Technologies for 4years, currently working in a MNC. There are bunch of people settled in MNC, who started their career at Sysvine. They also have various training programs, it depends on the people whether to join or not. I don’t think anyone has spent money to get a job at Sysvine and been cheated. In any company its HR duty to provide more information about their company to get more people into them; that cannot be considered as cheating. If that is the case, we can call most of the engineering colleges as 420 or fraud; they collect lakhs of money for a degree promising job assurance but they don’t even help their students to get a job.

You can call someone fraud if he/she has cheated you by not keeping up their promise. Did Sysvine promised you anything and it was not fulfilled? Think before throwing stones at anyone.

I would rather explain my success story with Sysvine, than affending you.

I'm an ex-employee of Sysvine, started my IT career with Sysvine in 2003. I entered as a layman in to Sysvine; but in a course of 2.5 years, I was moulded in to a well fit IT professional. Now, I'm enjoying my life in USA and relishing success in all the endeavors. This is all possible, because of the strong career foundation laid by Sysvine.

Let me explain my training experience with Sysvine. I'm one of the three trainees, enrolled in the very first batch of mentorship program at FREE OF COST. In fact we were paid a monthly stipend too. Upon completion of the program, we were offered a job with a descent salary by Sysvine. But one of the three members, ditched out and joined a bigger company.

1) He was able to find a job in an MNC with just 6 months of Sysvine's effective training
2) At the same time, it was a big loss for a growing company like Sysvine - in terms of money, effort, resources etc.

That is when the SELF PAID training program was declared for all the future trainess.

Please think again:

1) We spend 20 years of our life in education!
2) We pay lakhs of money to get a professional degree?
3) We even spend months in preparing aptitude/analytical skills test to enter in to MNC.. but some only get through.
4) We even spend 10's of thousands in computer training centers and again seek job

But why don't we wait for another 6 months to get a job...??
I strongly disagree the comment which has been posted by Venkatesh on Sysvine Technologies. It is really heart breaking comments on Sysvine.

In fact Sysvine is my first and best company where I started my IT career. It is really an amazing place to work with. The amount of knowledge which I acquired from Sysvine is remarkable.

Let me explain more about my experience with Sysvine. I am also one of the three trainees who were joined in the mentorship program in the very first batch at 2003. I won’t say Sysvine has given me the training for FREE OF COST; rather they are one step ahead by providing the stipend too. I worked over there for 3 years and now I am enjoying my career as a consultant in United Kingdom. I totally acknowledge that this is all because of I have got the strong foundation skills from Sysvine and it is the ladder for me to grow in my career in terms of everything.

I would like to stress the one of the point which has been mentioned by my Ex collegue - “Why SELF PAID training program was declared”?

Could you answer these questions?

1) What is the service guarantee you will provide to Sysvine, if they give you the training for free of cost?
2) If you are thinking about the money, then who will give the guarantee to Sysvine that you will not look for job outside Sysvine, once the training got over? In that case who will pay the money, efforts and their precious time which they spent for you?
3) How can you say that, they are the cheaters? Did they told you one thing and did something else? No right? They are right in their part. It is up to you to decide whether to take it up or not. They are not compelling you as well.

If you think about the money alone, then believe me you are the looser. We are thinking about small small thing but do remember we are missing the big turning point in our life. Just think about 3 to 4 years down the line, the amount of money which you will get as a salary in a month would be definitely more than the training cost which they are asking for SIX months. Do you think Sysvine is earning out of those fee? No, they are not. They are just investing the money on you in a hope that they will get the return back.

Forget about the money, the knowledge which we got from Sysvine is amazing and I am sure even if we spent that much amount of money outside we won’t get that knowledge.

So, please think well before throwing the words. Once the words are thrown you can’t take it back. You wouldn’t have told this if you could have turned back the history of Sysvine and look at the peoples who were trained and enjoyed their career in Sysvine and enjoying their career with IT Giants. And I know they are playing a vital role where ever they are working.

Even now I am advising the people to join Sysvine, who are coming to me to help to find a job for them.

Moreover, my humble request is, don’t think about your current situation. Think about your long term career. That’s what every Sysviner did and are very successful now.

Dear reader it is up to you to take a call. We have told our real experience with Sysvine. I am sure you will also agree our comments once you are part of Sysvine.
I totally disagree with venkatesh. Let me share my experience with sysvine. I worked with sysvine for around 3.7 years. Right now I am placed in an MNC. I joined sysvine through the training program. I am sure the training was 100 times worth than the class room trainings of most of the training centers.
During the training period I was given a dedicated computer with lot of technical challenges to solve. I was also offered a job in between the program.

Any new technology and if it is open source, sysviners will be interested and will be into those technologies. When I walked out of sysvine for interviews my resume was one among the best out thousands who came in for interview.

Sysvine has produced lot of good Engineers, rather than software clerks who can program.

Venkatesh should be innocent to call sysvine as Fraud. If you consider 15k is a big money for your fruitful career its up to you.

Yes as you said, they are 100% fake.. The same thing happened in myside too. Fresher's be aware of those companies.

I totally accept with Venkatesh cause if a company and the people who are giving such nice explanation. Why can't they do this? That is any graduate who spend lots and lots of money trusting that their graduation will give them a job. In this case if Sysvine want their people to be productivity for a time period why can't they make a bond.
Really guys a graduate who is desperate to get a job will agree to sign bond for a year or two.

What is the product or the client they are servicing and to the above people who supported Sysvine, do you have guts to share your current organization official contacts.

Companies who dont have the potential are the one who indulge in all fraudulent activity.

If this company is true let them face the up-coming enquirer from government.

Its better to be still then to be a fool.

People if you could share the HR people contacts i will take the necessary action.
It is very worth to pay the amount for this mentorship training. But make sure or get clear information from HR or Manger of the company about the relieving letter and terms and conditions too. They may not explain you the Terms & Conditions. Please get clarification with HR before you joining.

I know its too late... But, i want to respond and i disagree the statements from venkatesh.

My colleagues/friends, robin and dennis are very well carried out the scenarios and shared their honest and truthful opinion. I complete agree with them.

These are things i gained from sysvine during my 2.8 years of time-frame.

1. Started with html along with javascript: on 4th month, we got opportunity to develop a website for shipping corporation.
2. Next, started learning; java, jsp, servlets, c, mysql and tomcat web container: on 8th moth, we got opportunity to develop an artificial intelligence based product.
3. On 2nd year, we have enhanced the product to support with microsoft outlook and exchange server.
4. Code quality, continuous integration and automated build and application hosting on linux/unix os (Shared and dedicated hosting). This is the same, so called 'devops' experience, we gained on 2006 itself.
5. Next, we have developed applications using ejb on jboss application server for enterprise.

I honestly say here, all these possible only because of true/genuine guidance from sysvine technical excellency. Now, i can count my sysvine colleagues are in us, uk, singapore and uae on reputed jobs and companies. All these possible, because of solid foundation we gained out there on right time.

Note:
1. Nothing comes free.. And nobody pay attention to free.

Btw, i'm a sysviner, being proud of started my career in sysvine technologies.
